HTL has partnered to bring solutions in systems for hard metal sintering and crystal growing as well as the use of plasma systems for surface activation, functionalization, coating, ultra-fine cleaning, and etching. The applications are in semiconductor wafer processing and packaging among others.
We also bring pulsed laser deposition( PLD) technology that serves a variety of thin film processes for a breadth of sensor and actuator MEMS based applications. Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) is a physical vapor deposition method that uses high energetic laser light to energize material, creating a deposition vapor that can be condensed on any possible substrate.
Nano Technology
We bring solutions in nano technology in the form of capable and compact atomic layer deposition process systems available for both thermal and plasma enhanced applications.The inherent strength of ALD technology is the ability to utilize much of the materials available on the periodic table. In addition, conformality and the ability to adapt to various substrates, shapes and high aspect ratio structures producing uniform, pinhole free single material and nano-laminate coatings has created broad applications in many fields.
