IMAGE PROCESSING & DEFECT DETECTION
Quality Control in Manufacturing : Here the VSB Data was converted to machine data for machine job. Once completed, the resulting image data was compared with original digital data for defect detection.
HTL has developed software to convert CAD data for a semiconductor mask writer and inspection machines. The solution involved supporting data formats in the actual equipment and helping with the GUI display dashboard.
